| First impressions: The 5D Mark II looks like a 1Ds Mark III, but with a DIGIC IV processor. We were surprised by the battery format, it’s not compatible with the old version! Now it provides a capacity of 1800mAh with 7.2V, the previous one provided 1390mAh and 7.4V. Lots of new things: quieter, faster, shoots nice pictures (with its 21 Mpix sensor, if you don’t have a good lens you may get some chromatic aberration)… and a Full HD video recording function that provides great images! It’s true when we got it hands-on at the official press conference, we were a bit disappointed. There were certainly some setting problems… Now David was re-motivated to test it, and gave it a nice review. Wait & see!! credit to akihabara news.com | |
